In short: This tool runs entirely in your browser. No data is collected, stored, or transmitted to any server. Your spreadsheet data never leaves your device.

1. Overview

WorshipFlow ("the Tool") is an internal tool created by Keith Diamante for the Multimedia and PAW (Praise & Worship) teams of Blessed to be a Blessing Church, Cebu. This Tool is provided for non-commercial, non-profit use by church worship teams.

2. Data Collection

This Tool does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data. All operations happen locally in your web browser:

Spreadsheets you upload are read by your browser only
Parsed song data is stored in browser memory only
Generated .show files are downloaded directly to your device
No analytics, tracking, or cookies are used
No server-side processing occurs

3. Third-Party Services

This Tool uses the following client-side libraries loaded via CDN:

SheetJS (xlsx) — for reading spreadsheet files in your browser
JSZip — for creating ZIP files in your browser

These libraries run entirely on your device. No data is sent to their servers.

4. Cookies

This Tool does not use cookies or any form of local storage to track users.

5. Children's Privacy

This Tool is intended for use by church staff and volunteers. It does not knowingly collect any information from children or any other individuals.

6. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
