Terms of Service

In short: This is a free, internal church tool provided "as-is" with no warranty. Use it at your own risk. Always keep backups of your original spreadsheets.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WorshipFlow ("the Tool"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Tool.

2. Description of Service

WorshipFlow converts church worship spreadsheets (CSV/XLSX) into FreeShow presentation files (.show). It is designed for internal use by the Multimedia and PAW (Praise & Worship) teams of Blessed to be a Blessing Church, Cebu.

3. Intended Use

This Tool is intended for:

Non-commercial, non-profit use only
Church worship teams and ministry organizations
Converting worship song spreadsheets into FreeShow format

Commercial use, redistribution, or resale of this Tool or its output is not permitted without explicit written consent.

4. No Warranty

THE TOOL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Keith Diamante and Blessed to be a Blessing Church make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Tool or its output.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keith Diamante and Blessed to be a Blessing Church shall not be liable for:

Any loss of data, including spreadsheet data or generated .show files
Any errors in the converted output (wrong lyrics, missing sections, incorrect formatting)
Any damages arising from use or inability to use the Tool
Any issues arising from FreeShow's handling of the generated files

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Keeping backups of your original spreadsheets
Verifying the accuracy of converted .show files before use in worship services
Ensuring you have the right to use any content you process through the Tool
Using the Tool in accordance with these Terms

7. Data Handling

All data processing occurs locally in your browser. No data is transmitted to external servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance.
